If I knew in advance that it would be 30 degrees-C everyday I might not have booked a handful of nights in the capital. Amongst other things it’s famous for not being very comfortable in a heatwave, although it was pleasure not work which makes a big difference.
I had an amazing few days though – perfect escapism before a few weeks of very hard work kicks off.
Sunday 3rd September 2023 – Traditional tea in the West End, Camden, Primrose Hill & Whitechapel
Monday 4th September 2023 – The Old City, the Thames and the West End for dinner and a show
Tuesday 5th September 2023 – An unusual breakfast, a bike ride, a city farm and Tate Britain
Wednesday 6th September 2023 – Wembley and the London Designer Outlet
