Diet dashboard week #7

The changes week to week are small and incremental but over the course of several weeks they’re significant. Of the weight loss charted in the dashboard over 8lbs of the total loss has been body fat, I’ve gone from around 49lbs to 40lbs in seven weeks.

The good news is the boring bit is done, going from fat to less fat is pretty unrewarding. At this point though I’m objectively in decent shape (for example, 19.4% body fat falls within the “ideal” range for my age). Going from decent shape to good shape then to great shape is the fun bit and that’s next! 🙂 If a diet can ever be exciting then this is it…
