As the table below makes clear I suspended monitoring of KPIs towards the end of July 2020, when my diet and training regime was knocked sideways by external factors (see https://martinjamesphd.com/fitness-health/ for discussion). The task now (in mid-September) is to get back on track, both in terms of training/dieting and the monitoring of progress.
