KPIs

As the table below makes clear I suspended monitoring of KPIs towards the end of July 2020, when my diet and training regime was knocked sideways by external factors (see https://martinjamesphd.com/fitness-health/ for discussion). The task now (in mid-September) is to get back on track, both in terms of training/dieting and the monitoring of progress. I will start a new KPI table after I have completed 800kcal per day diet blitz I have planned (discussed here: https://martinjamesphd.com/2020/09/14/800kcal-a-day/)
