Reset – Workout #1

Just back from 3 weeks abroad, it was amazing but a touch frustrating too because I want health, wellbeing and fitness to be my top priority right now. I went away with vows of “lean/clean eating” but deep down I knew it wasn’t realistic. The nature of both trips militated against a non-indulgent dietary system. The best I can say is that I didn’t binge despite endless opportunities to do so (most meals were buffets with more sinful options than anyone could get through). It became a matter of damage limitation rather than progress.

Anyway, as I have done 1000+ times I got back and got on it. My fitness is not good enough and I am too heavy right now. The good news is that I can really focus on progress in the next 10-12 weeks.
