At this point I have lost track of my workouts this year, as there’s been a few since the last one I uploaded.
I do not feel like I am making progress to be honest. I am going sideways at best because my diet has been pretty poor. That’s been out of my control in some senses with birthdays, work events and seasonal events (Easter) constantly disrupting stability.
I have not been at my weight target for some time. I want to set that right in 2024.
