I’m on a late surge to make it to ten workouts in January. I was crippled with back pain last week so I’ve stalled at eight. Ten workouts in January means squeezing one in tomorrow, which isn’t looking easy or likely. Oh well, there’s been plenty of months where I have not managed a single proper workout so comparatively it’s not bad – especially for January. I should add that when I got hurt I rested and got back on the horse at first opportunity, rather than take the excuse and drift sideways or backwards.
The work pressure is really on now. To get the workouts in I’ll really have to want it. We’ll see if I do…
