This was a good example of squeezing in a session when there was ample justification not to. It was Friday night – gone 5pm – the end of a tough week; I was ready for a glass of wine more than a workout and I paused for a moment to ask that question we all ask sometimes: “should I skip this one”? I told myself “no” and put in 45 minutes doing the main exercises from the routine.
