I just put in another good session, making it 5 in 11 days in 2023. What a start!
I cannot deny that I’m anxious about what happens when the rock (workouts) meets the hard place (workload as a HE professional), but I am determined to not let things slide when teaching starts at the end of the month. Surely I can find 4 to 5 hours a week? It’s not like I have kids to care for or a dog to walk!? Muscle gain and cardio are all about consistency. Slow and steady wins the race, at least for those who are lucky enough or disciplined enough to find the time.
