WORKOUT #4, RIDE #2 (2023)

Although time was limited – it was 3pm before I could get my bike out and get changed – I got out there anyway and put in 20 miles of roadwork. My hope is that I’ll get in at least one cardio-endurance session each week in 2023, either on Sunday or Monday. It was getting dark throughout the last few miles of the ride but I’m glad I didn’t take the likelihood of that as an excuse to not bother. Start as you mean to go on etc…
