P.O.W. #7 (Thur 29th Dec 2022)

Probably my last gym session of 2022 so I now look forward to my first session of 2023! All being well I will get a bike ride in on Sunday, starting the year in the best of ways. Right now my legs are sore from squat thrusts in yesterday’s workout. Hopefully I’ll shake it off and lay down a decent average mph to compete against for the rest of the year. Can I get back to 20 mph+ averages? I bet I can 🙂
