A little mid-week weights session

Getting back on the pulse is never easy, even if you have a predictable job and schedule (which I haven’t of late). It’s easy to get into the mindset that there’s no point getting back into the groove if you’ll inevitably be edged out of it again by something unforeseeable. I need to shift my thought process more towards an “every sessions counts” mentality, worrying less about future obstacles to progress.

Here’s a snapshot of my upper body session. Got to use my summer shorts somehow… 🙂
