As mentioned in an earlier post I won a TV a few weeks ago. Given that I only want one TV in the house it was a little bit redundant until I had the idea of shuffling things around in my home gym. It is now the centrepiece of the entertainment system, providing the music and atmosphere to power me through workouts.

I love my little gym its part nightclub, part wine boutique and part gallery. It’s not what many people envisage when they think home gym but it’s definitely what I envisage.
