CALORIE DEFICIT
With 27 diet days falling in July and a 2,000kcal per day calorie deficit target, I should have a total deficit of 54,000 calories by the end of the month. It’s reasonable to expect that I can beat this target, especially if I execute my full workout schedule (see below).
WEIGHT LOSS
In June I lost 6.2lbs so it’s more than reasonable to hope for 4.9lbs in July, which will put me below 200lbs. This is a psychologically significant number and I should never weight more than 200lbs. I would happily be in the low 190’s so long as muscle rather than fat gets me there. At the moment I have 40lbs of fat which is over double the desired amount. This speaks to how much work remains to be done but it’s important to take this journey one step at a time.
WORKOUTS
Much of June was committed to preparing my body for an athlete’s workout schedule. I think I’m there and look forward to 4 solid weeks of serious training.
RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Having had an expensive month in June and managed a 6% surplus I should have no problem clearing 10% in July. I will continue to build holdings of essential resources, being firm in my belief that things will only get worse in the UK in the next few years. Hope for the best and prepare for the worst.
