Transformation gym session #3

I have recorded 5 of my 16 leg day sets from today’s session, you can see the videos below. It was my first full legs session of the new era and I would be lying if I said I enjoyed it. I got the job done though and that’s the main thing. I was shattered at the end, exactly as I should be!
