Exactly 1 stone lost in 5 weeks! If you had have offered me that at the beginning of the journey I would have snapped your hand off, so it’s paradoxical that I feel a little disappointed week to week. 1.8 + 1.8 + 1.6 lbs losses (the last 3 weigh-ins) isn’t much to be excited about in any given week but it’s 5.2lbs cumulative.
This isn’t trivial, even at this relatively slow rate I will still make target in 16 weeks. If I can up the pace to 2lbs per week then I’ll get there in 14 weeks. I would love to do it in 12 but it doesn’t seem realistic at this point. That said, I haven’t rolled out my full workout schedule yet and it’s more than reasonable to expect it to be worth an extra pound a week. Thus, I’ll expect to announce mission accomplished in 16 weeks (or thereabouts) but I’ll continue to push for 12.
