Gym session #1

This workout was a bit of a rush job, and the effort to record it was far more time consuming than I imagined. It was the first time I’d used my new tripod and finding the best camera angles required a bit of working out. I’m sure I’ll get the hang of it.

It was meant to be my full chest and back session bracketed by two full body moves. I only had time for chest and full body in the end though. The videos below are my final sets for each exercise.

OPENER: Barbell front squats

CHEST: Dumbell pull over

CHEST: Dumbell bench press on Swiss Ball

CHEST: Dumbell pec flye on Swiss Ball

CLOSER: Deadlift (my least favourite move :()
