Transformation era ride #1

After 4 weeks entirely focused on diet and calorie control I relaunched my workout regime with a short bike ride – 20 miles. I felt fast and powerful but strong winds kept me in check, especially on the way out. On the trip back I was much faster, setting a few PBs. I’ll take whatever wins I can get! 🙂
