Results are in: diet week #4

This week seemed doomed to be my first stall. Firstly it was a 6 day week (for boring reasons I won’t go into), secondly it was a lazy week through no fault of my own. Last week I burned 5,000kcals less than usual, which seemed likely to have spill-over effects. Moreover, this week has been minimally active too so I compensated by reducing calories to around 1,750kcal per day.

I genuinely stepped on the scales thinking it could be a gain, stall or minor loss. I was beyond happy to see that I lost the same as the week before: 1.8lbs. This means I could end up losing over a stone within the first month, a result I would have definitely taken if you offered it me on day #1!
