As mentioned in earlier posts I set myself tough new calorie deficit targets this week. Three days in I thought I might fail to hit them but I have pulled through towards the end of the week. Yesterday sealed it with a massive 3,367 deficit! That leaves me requiring a mere 1,203 deficit today to do target for the week.
I’m not sure if I’ll revise my targets. If I can hit them in a tough week like this one then perhaps I should go with it and get the diet job done as fast as possible. Alternatively, it’s frustrating to miss targets for reasons beyond your control and it’s probably inevitable at some point when they are this high. Much to ponder…
