For reasons beyond my control my diet isn’t running Monday-Sunday right now. In diet week #2 I’m doing six “drive days” (Sat 23rd + Monday-Friday), with my weekly weigh-in on Saturday 30th.
Tomorrow I will do my first weekly weigh-in to get my bearings. At worst I hope to have held my losses from week #1, although I think I deserve to have made further gains in light of the calorie deficit in week #2 so far. As can be seen I’m slightly ahead of my recently revised and much tougher target. Said target is probably too aggressive but I will review that at the end of the week.
After 3 of 6 diet days I have a 7,390 calorie deficit against a cumulative target of 7,350. I’m 40 net calories ahead! The rest of the week should be quite active so I stand a good chance.
