Today was the birthday of my oldest and dearest friend. Neither of us have great families (to say the least) so we are “the family we’ve chosen.” I’m always happy to treat someone who deserves it.
The only downside is I’ve gone sideways on all other agendas. Oh well, it’s been fun nonetheless (and perhaps because of…) š
